The United World Taekwondo Association is pleased to provide operations for the 2019 California Kukkiwon Hanmadang Festival, hosted by Grand Master Jong Hwan Lee and supported by the WTMU. The California Kukkiwon Hanmadang is a festival that is open to all Taekwondo students, from the very beginning levels through the highest ranked black belts. It is an event where the Taekwondo family comes together in the spirit of competition, and lets practitioners of the art of Taekwondo demonstrate their poomsae and breaking skills.  UWTA will also be conducting point sparring for it's members in the second gymnasium.

The California Kukkiwon Hanmadang is designed as a festival and is not just for individual martial artists in single events, but is also a great pair and team poomsae event as well, and we hope to see many wonderful demonstrations of skill, power, speed, rhythm and amazing breaking displays. We are excited to see all who will compete and wish everyone who competes good luck!

Below you will find a general overview of the California Kukkiwon Hanmadang. The information you see should help you understand the tournament and how it will be conducted.
